Asslamoalikum sir ap ne btaya for diff: gases Charge to mass ratio is diff: due to diff: proton number so sir number of electrons are also diff:, for diff: gases so charge to mass ratio for electron is not diff: for diff: gases because cathode rays are emitted from Cathode which is made up of only one element? am i right sir?

There is a concept about isotones. Isotones are those elements having same no. of neutrons but having different no. of protons. Cathode rays which are emitted from cathode made up of only one type of element . For e.g Helium having same charge to mass ratio of electrons but must have d/f charge to mass ratio  of protons for d/f gases . You consider any gas like hydrogen , oxygen or Helium etc . There must have a concept about isotones.
