Sir as we know plants require light for proceed their photosynthetic process . But you say that light is light either it is from sunlight or from light bulbs ... But I have a question that the light from sunlight  contain CO2 and H2O , but the light which comes from light bulbs , it is in a form of charges , so how plants make their food by using light from light bulbs . Sir explain it plzz....

dear sunlight does not contain any CO2 or H2O.the CO2 is recieved from atmosphere and H2O from soil through roots.................. and you are right that photosynthesis do not occurs in light from blubs............

But plants receive CO2 from atmosphere at day time and why at night time plants can't receive CO2 ?

because at the night time they do not do photosynthesis..................................... soo they have CO2 in excess already............... and when they do respirtion CO2 also releases from there ............................so they excarte CO2 and takes in O2.......
