Can't access XII chemistry Lectures

Asalam walaikum.

I am unable to access XII chemistry sir sajid's lectures from the past two days whenever we try to open it,it shows request in pending. I have complained to sir noman several times but the problem is still there. Please solve this issue asap so that we can watch the lectures and our studies run smoothly.
