How can I discuss questions?

I've been sending questions to teachers via WhatsApp only to get to no reply. It's very frustrating because I can't seem to solve these questions on my own. Especially physics. I've not paid extreme amounts of money to have no one explain my confusions to me. Kindly, reply 

Miss preetydevi then even they should respond her as they have given their whatsapp numbers for asking any type of questions.

I've also sending my query  to sir Sajid but he can't responding me . If they can't respond to their students then why they have given their  watsapp no.
